About Me

I am a personal growth coach who believes passionately that change is possible and that anyone can write a different ending to their life story.

I help women who are going through a major life change who may be confused or discouraged about the future to get clear about what matters most to them, identify what's keeping them from having the lives they dream of, and design and take practical steps so they can face the future with confidence and feel happier and more satisfied.

My coaching practice is inspired by the story of the Samaritan woman in the Bible. I imagine her life was filled with disappointments and heartache, broken promises and lost relationships, like so many of us experience in our lives today. Yet after her encounter at the well with Jesus the Messiah, this precious woman was no longer ashamed of her past. She ran back to her village and called everyone to come meet the man who had changed her life. (You can read her story in the Book of John, chapter 4.)

I have a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and am a trained professional life coach. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Christian Coaches Network, and a commissioned Stephen Minister.
